Fee: $55 per participant, lunch included for participants
Refunds: Prior to closing date, written notification is required and the entry fee, minus $25 office fee, will be refunded.
Late fee: $25 fee for all changes, additions, and missing information
Entry fee can be paid via Venmo to @cardinal2-ponyclub OR by check made out to Cardinal II Pony Club and mailed to Amanda Brazzell, 8316 Waxhaw Creek Rd, Waxhaw, NC 28173. Please ensure your check is mailed in time to be received by Jan 26.

Lunch: Lunch is included for participants as part of the entry fee and is available for $7 for non-participants. If you do not specify, then you will get Chick-fil-A nuggets:

T-shirts: short sleeve T-shirts are available for $18

No dogs :(
Dress: Please refer to p. 10, USPC Quiz Rulebook 2024, for info about appropriate dress. Volunteers and participants must dress appropriately and wear proper footwear in the barn area.
Shirt—Collared long or short-sleeved shirt tucked into pant.
Pants/Shorts/Skirts—Must be safe, free of rips and tears
Footwear—Athletic shoes are permitted for all phases EXCEPT the Barn Phase. During the Barn Phase competitors must wear proper unmounted footwear per Article 15.4.
Armbands: Participants must wear a medical armband or bracelet at all times.

DIVISIONS
Teams consist of 3 or 4 members with one member being designated as Captain:
Novice D Up to and including 11 years of age
Novice C Up to and including 11 years of age
Junior D 12-17
Junior C/H-B 12-17
Senior D 18+
Senior C/H-B H-B/H/H-A 18+
Partial teams and individuals will be scrambled together by division to create full teams.
DCs and parents, please read the Quiz rulebook and annual newsletter. It is your responsibility to enter your participant in a level in which they are competent and comfortable.
Championships qualification: Please read the Quiz rulebook carefully regarding Championships eligibility.
LODGING:
Lodging is plentiful in Charlotte. The closest grouping of hotels is in Fort Mill, about a 15-minute drive from the rally site.
